The awesome chica who started Operation Tonergy by Nikki.
Operation Tonergy is a fitness and nutrition based class that is being offered to the smaller communities of Southern Utah (I'm told it will be coming to Cedar soon.) It's designed to integrate a killer work out and a fat burning nutritional program to reach your goals. I like to follow Tonergy's Facebook page because Nikki is always putting healthy recipes, workout tips, motivation, and challenging work outs. Nikki is AH-MA-ZING! She loves exercise and is a great motivator to get out there and DO!
